Rates
- $200 First session/Psychological Evaluation, 90 minutes
- $160 Family or couples session, 60 minutes
- $150 Ongoing Individual sessions, 50 minutes
- Additional consultation time is billed in 15 minute increments at $160 per hour
Insurance
We accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, but not Blue Home plans. We are happy to help you file for reimbursement of your Out of Network Benefits through your insurance provider. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or only in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it and have I met it yet?
- Once my deductible is met, will I have a copay for each session?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- What is the co-payment I will need to pay each session?
- When does my Health Insurance Plan/Insurance Card new?
Payment
Payment in full is due during session. We reserve the right to cancel future sessions for those delinquent in payment, but we are happy to accommodate financial hardship when necessary and work an agreeable payment plan.
We accept all major credit cards, Health Saving Accounts and Flexible Spending Account as forms of payment through our HIPAA compliant, highly secure electronic health record system that ensures your financial privacy is protected.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergency will be charged the full session rate for missed appointments. Insurance will not reimburse for missed appointments. It is preferred that you reschedule sessions you plan to miss in advance to assure the momentum of progress in treatment. Clients are at risk of losing their recurring appointment spot after three missed sessions without rescheduling. This ensures the quality and frequency of treatment provided, and honors those on our waitlist.
