About Us

Our team provides therapy services to adults, couples and families seeking a blend of both cognitive and behavioral interventions with somatic and embodied approaches aimed at nervous system regulation, and restoring connection to intuition

Office Hours

Monday-Friday
8am-8pm

Session times (including weekends), consultation, therapy intensive sessions, in home support available by request and per clinician.
